First, work up to a set of 5 HEAVY deadlifts, then;

For time:

  • 800 m Run 4:00 min. Rest
  • 400 M run 2:00 Min. rest
  • 200 m Run 1:00 min. rest
  • 200 M run 1:00 Min. rest
  • 200 M. run

Post total time.
