The CrossFit Lancaster Total

  • Run 1.2 miles (around the block)
  • Max Effort Unbroken Bench Press (guys 1/2 bw, ladies 1/3)
  • 1 RM Deadlift

Record your run time in seconds, subtract from that number your reps of bench press and your total pounds of your deadlift. A lower score is better.
