A few Schedule Additions…

Alright, you all may not be at angry mob level yet, but in response to the increased demand, we’ve got a few additions to the schedule…

  1. Starting September 17th, the 7:00AM class will be a daily occurrence Monday-Friday!!!
  2. There will be an additional Beginner’s Class on Saturday at 9:00AM. The beginner’s program is still 3x/week, but this gives you another option for getting all 3 classes in. This will take effect immediately.
  3. There are some more open gym times. Use these times to work on skills, make up WODs you missed or work on some specific goals or programming. The complete open gym schedule is: Monday-Friday from 10-Noon, Monday and Wednesday Evenings at 7:30 and Saturdays from 8-10AM.
