In teams of 3, for total points in 30 minutes:
- Guys use one 135 lb bar, girls use 95
- Deadlift: 1pt
- Squat Clean: 2pts
- Thruster: 3pts
- Squat Snatch: 4pts
- Every 5 minutes, the team must complete 3 rope climbs
The work can be divided any way the team sees fit, but only one person can be working at a time.
