9/8/12 Team WOD Saturday

In teams of 3, for total points in 30 minutes:  

  • Guys use one 135 lb bar, girls use 95
  • Deadlift: 1pt
  • Squat Clean: 2pts
  • Thruster: 3pts
  • Squat Snatch: 4pts
  • Every 5 minutes, the team must complete 3 rope climbs

The work can be divided any way the team sees fit, but only one person can be working at a time.
