Teams of two, with a 25 minute cap:

  •  400 Meter run in 200 meter relays
  • 3 rounds, 21 KB swings, 12 Pull Ups (one person at a time)
  • 600 Meter run in 300 meter relays
  • 21-15-9 Deadlifts/HSPU (one person at a time)
  • 800 Meter run in 400 meter Relays
  • 8 Rounds of Cindy (one person at a time)
  • 600 Meter run in 300 meter relays
  • 21-15-9 Deadlifts/HSPU (one person at a time)
  • 400 Meter run in 200 meter relays
  • 3 rounds, 21 KB swings, 12 Pull Ups (one person at a time)
