Team Saturdays continue!!!!
This one is in teams of 4, in an AMRAP in 25 minutes:
- Shuttle run a total of 160 lbs (2×45, 2×25, 2×10) and two bars from one end of the gym to the other. Load the bars as 95/155 and as a team perform 60 power cleans broken up any way you’d like.
- 400 meter run (everyone must run, pull ups start as the last team member comes in)
- 40 pull ups
- 60 box jumps
