7/25/12 WOD

First, snatch work.  5×3 Squat Snatch at 70% of your 1RM.

Then, 4 3minute rounds for AMRAP of

  • 30 OHS (65/45)
  • 30 Double Unders

Take 2 minutes rest in between rounds, and pick up where you left off the previous round.
