First, 20 Rep Max Squat!  Look back to July 12th and increase the weight by @ 10%.

Then,

For Time:

  • 30 Burpee Box Jump Overs (24/20)
  • 30 Toes-to-Bars
  • 30 Push Jerks (135/95)
  • 1 km Run

Post total time.
