First we’ll work ascending back squats based on your 3 rep max:

1×8 @ 75%, 1×5 @ 85%, 1×3 @ 90%, 1×3 @ 95%, 1×3 @ 95%  rest 2 mins between sets

4 rounds:

200m run

20 chest to bar pull ups

20 front squats 95/65 lbs

REST ONE MINUTE BTW. ROUNDS
