Friday 6/22/12 WOD

First, spend 15 minutes on these 3 movements in sets of 3:

  • Behind the neck snatch grip push presses
  • Overhead squats
  • Snatch Balances

The weight is not as important as the technique!  Only increase the weight until your form begins to degrade.

Then, the WOD is a 15 minute AMRAP of:

  • 15 OHS (95/65)
  • 30 Lateral jumps over the bar
  • 45 sit ups
