12 Minutes to Establish a 1RM 2-Position Snatch (hang + full).

3 rounds for time of:

50 Lateral Jumps, over barbell
20 KB OH Walking Lunges, Right Arm
10 Alternating KB Snatches
20 KB OH Walking Lunges, Left Arm

Use the heaviest KB you are capable of using without degradation in form.
