June 1st Workout

This looks awful, I am not going to lie. I don’t think it has a name but forearm torture sounds about right to me (Tricia)

The WOD is 5 rounds of 3 mins of work, 2 mins of rest…so 25 minutes total.

6 reps each of:
HEAVY eye level KB swings
Burpees
Toes to bar
Jumping lunges
Chest to bar pull ups
