Wednesday 5/30 WOD

A bit of a different max effort today. We will be shooting for a max weight for a set of 20 back squats. You may rest with the bar on your back, but placing it back on the rack starts you back at zero. Working muscle endurance and stamina in a different way. A good number to shoot for is roughly 50% of your one rep max. Warm up as needed and let’s squat!
