Well, I have good news and I have bad news…

The bad news is that yes, we are doing Murph tomorrow at 10:00.  For those of you who don’t know, Murph is

  • Run 1 mile
  • 100 Pull Ups
  • 200 Push Ups
  • 300 Squats
  • Run 1 Mile

So, there’s that.  If you have a weighted vest, it’d be pretty bad assed to do Murph in that.

But the good news is that post WOD, Jessi Olan will be here giving massages to anyone who wants one!  For FREE!!!!  So, come earn your rub down at 10AM.  We’ll see you there.
