3 WODs, starting at 10:30, 11:30 and 12:30!

WOD 1:  Annie

  • 50/40/30/20/10 of Double Unders and Sit Ups

WOD 2:  4 2minute rounds, and one minute rest,  for reps of:

  • 3 Deadlifts (225/155)
  • 7  Burpees

WOD 3:  2 rounds, 25 reps each of:

  • push press (65/45)
  • box jump (20″/24″)
  • Kettlebell Swings (1.5/1 pood)
  • push up
  • SDHP (1.5/1 pood)

Come on out, we’ve got all you need here to participate.  Do one, or two or all three!  If you do all three, the top placed man and woman get a pair of reeboks!

Even if you can’t WOD, come cheer us on! This is going to be great!!!
