WOD 1: Annie
- 50/40/30/20/10 of Double Unders and Sit Ups
WOD 2: 4 2minute rounds, and one minute rest, for reps of:
- 3 Deadlifts (225/155)
- 7 Burpees
WOD 3: 2 rounds, 25 reps each of:
- push press (65/45)
- box jump (20″/24″)
- Kettlebell Swings (1.5/1 pood)
- push up
- SDHP (1.5/1 pood)
Come on out, we’ve got all you need here to participate. Do one, or two or all three! If you do all three, the top placed man and woman get a pair of reeboks!
