Heavy(ish) thrusters, oh goody!  Pull ups are strict so choose a band that will help you get your chin over with NO kip.

5 rounds for time of:
5 Thrusters 115/75 lbs
5 Up And Over Box Jumps
5 Strict Pull Ups
