4 rounds for time of:

First, Front squats!  Find your 5,3 or 1 RM

 

Then: 4 Rounds for time:

  • 4 100 ft Gym sprints
  • 10 Ring Dips
  • 20 Double Unders
  • 1 minute Rest

Post total time.
