Yeah. That's a great idea. Looks like it's totally super functional, too!

AMRAP in 12 minutes, each round adding three reps to each movement: 3/3, 6/6, 9/9, 12/12, 15/15, 18/18, 21/21 etc…

  • Back Squat
  • Hands release push ups

The back squat is 55% of your 1RM and should be cleaned from the floor.
