4/2/12 WOD

First, we’re going to work on finding a 1, 3 or 5RM for our deadlifts.  We’re focusing especially on our set-up position so that we are in a good place with our spine before we start to pull.  REMEMBER!!! It is more important to do it right than to do it heavy!!!

Here’s Kstarr explaining it a bunch  better than I do (though I will steal his jokes)

Once that’s done, we going to do a 10-1/1-10 combo of burpees and pull ups.
