- Run 200 M, 1/2 that time in seconds in reps of Pull-ups
- Run 200 M, Full time in seconds of Push-ups
- Run 200 M, 1.5 time in sit sit ups
- Run 200 M, 2x time in double unders
Move from the run directly to the movement, but take enough time between rounds to be able to sprint all out. Your score is the total reps, and a lower score is better!
