3/26/12 WOD

First up, squats!  Looking to set a 1 or 3 rep max for the standard back squat.  Making sure that you’re below parallel at the bottom and fully locked out at the top…

Then,

  • 3 Minute AMRAP of 5 thrusters (96/65) and 5 Bar Facing burpees
  • 3 minutes of rest
  • 3 minute AMRAP of 7 power cleans (95/65) and 7 pull ups
