3/20/12 WOD

Chelsea!

At the top of every minute for 30 minutes, do:

  • 5 pull ups
  • 10 push ups
  • 15 squats

The last time we did this, Chad and Tim did 63 rounds.   That was stoopid.  Don’t do that.
