3/13/12 WOD

First, more skill work on the pull ups… if you can’t kip, work on that.  If you can, work on a butterfly.  If you can do strict pull ups all day long, add some weight to them.

Then, we’ve got this fun little couplet of 21-15-9

  • Push Press (55% 1RM)
  • step ups with the bar on your back

Doesn’t that sound swell? See you tomorrow with the garage doors wide open!
