First, we’re spending time Overhead! Oh yeah, we’re doing overhead squats. The goal is to find a 1 or 3 rep max WITH EXCELLENT FORM!!! That means the weight is in the right plane, your heels are down, your chest is up and your ass is below your knees!

Then, we’ll be running the CrossFit Lancaster Mile, which is a single lap around the block, and ends up being 1.2 miles from the garage door.
Once we’re done with that, we’ll do 3 sets of strict chin ups to failure.
