2/27/12 WOD

First, we’ll be finding how much we can Front Squat!  I’m shooting for 275, who else has a number in mind??? And for good measure, here’s Jon Gilson explaining the front squat in more detail than you’d ever think was possible…

Then, we’ll be doing this little gem:

5 rounds for time of:

  • Bear Crawl up and back the length of the floor
  • 1 Rope Climb Post total time.

Doesn’t that sound grand?
