2/20/12 WOD

First, we’ll be finding your 1,3, or 5 RM Deadlift.

Then the WOD is two minutes each of:

– Toes-to bar
– Handstand Push ups
– Ring Rows
– Double Unders

1 minute rest in between. Each HSPU is starting from the standing position.

Score is total reps…
