1/23/12 WOD

First,

-warm up-50 DUs, then 3 sets of 5 single arm KB snatches each side, 7 jumping squats, 9 hand release push ups

-strength-shoulder press ascending sets 3-3-3-3-3

Then, 3 rounds for time:

  • 400 m run
  • 25 wall balls
