The Whole30 Throwdown WOD!

  • Run 300 yards
  • 30 ground to shoulders (155/105)
  • Run 300 yards
  • 30 Shoulder to overhead (155/105)
  • Run 300 yards

There is a 20 minute cap, so scale the weight to a load that you will be able to do all those reps in a relatively short amount of time.

Even if you aren’t doing our Whole30 Throwdown, you are more than welcome to come and do the WOD.  It’s a beast!
