As many rounds as possible in 20 mins of:
- at the top of the minute, 1 Push-up and 1 Jumping Alternating Lunge the first minute,
- 2 of each the second minute,
- three each the third, etc… when you can no longer keep up with the clock for both exercises, continue with the lunges, doing two less than your best round, until you can’t keep up with the clock or the 20 minutes is up.
A single lunge is when both knees have touched the floor.
