I swear I posted this at 5:30 in the morning.  Sometimes technological skills elude me.

  • Find your 1 RM Thruster, then when you have that,
  • Find your 3 RM Front Squat

Pound for Pound, Nate Gulya has taken the day with a 155 lb Front Squat at 150 lb body weight.   Great work Nate!!!
