  • 12 Deadlifts 50%max 40 Pull-ups
  • 9 Deadlifts 50% max 30 Pull-ups
  • 6 Deadlifts 50% max 20 Pull-ups
  • 3 Deadlifts 50% max 10 Pull-ups
