The Deck of Death!

For Time:
55 Pull-ups (hearts)
55 Push-ups (Diamonds)
55 Sit-up (abmat)s (Spades)
55 Kettlebell Swings (Clubs)
40 Deadlifts (Kings)
40 Burpees (Queens)
44 Walking Lunge Kettlebell Overheads (Aces)
200 Double Unders (Jokers)
4 200 yd Runs (Jacks)

Shuffle the deck and go through all the cards. Whatever you pull is what you do. An 8 or hearts = 8 pull ups, etc…

Post total time.
