Just as a reminder, since we’ve been a bit thin this week…

Today’s WOD: AMRAP in 16 minutes:

  • 4 deadlifts (225/155)
  • 8 box jumps (24/20)
  • 16 one arm kettlebell presses (16/12)

    With all due respect, our boys to train at a Crossfit gym and we find it a very positive experience as well as a huge self esteem builder. I think you may find Philippians 4:13 a bit more encouraging than the kitten killing route.
