9/13/11 WOD

First, some strength training in the form of 4×4 squats and max rep shoulder presses, then…

As many rounds as possible in 18 mins of:

  • 5 Deadlifts 225 lbs
  • 6 Jumping Alternating Lunges
  • 7 Burpee Pull-ups
It’s gonna be sweet!
Also, great job today especially to Scott Fisher who did all 45 ring dips in todays WOD unassisted.  Last time we tried them he couldn’t do 5!  Great Job!!!
And… Great job to Mindy who was power snatching 85 lbs like it was nothing. It wasn’t that long ago that she was afraid to power snatch a 35 lb bar.  Great work Mindy!!!
