Death by Pullups and Squats!

As many rounds as possible: with a continually running clock, do one pull up and one squat the first minute, two the second, etc… until you can’t keep up with the clock. Then only do one of the exercises until you fall behind the clock again. Post total rounds of both and of the single exercise.
