8/25/11 WOD

First,  some strength work:

  • 4-4-4-4 back squats, 75% max
  • 6-6-6-6 strict presses, 60% max
Then 6 rounds for time:
  • 6 Power snatches (95/65)
  • 12 Push ups
  • 25 double unders
