8/24/11 WOD: “Fran”

You can all thank Chris for this one.  Today is his last day before he goes back to Lehigh for school.  Last week he sheepishly admitted that he had never done Fran, and immediately I knew that couldn’t stand.  So now we all get to do her!!!  Make sure  you give Chris an appropriate thanks…



  • Thrusters (95/65)
  • Pull ups
