8/22/11 WOD

First, some strength work:

  • 8×4 bench press with 75% max
  • 3 x strict pull-ups to failure
  • 3x ring dips to failure
then 4 rounds for time:
  • Clean and Jerk (155/95)
  • 400 yard Run
  • 16 pull-ups
