Dr. Tabata is rearing his ugly head again today!!!

4 minute tabata intervals (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off) of

  • Air Squats
  • Sit Ups
  • Push Presses (65/45)
  • Air Squats
Yeah, that’s back to air squats at the end.  It’s like a tabata squat sandwich.  You’ll love it, I promise.  See you tonight!
