8/1/2011 WOD

First we are going to be throwing some heavy weights overhead with a 5-5-5-3-3-1 set of presses.  Once that is done, we’ll be doing this:

5 Rounds for time:

  • 5 Deadlifts (225/155)
  • 10 bar facing burpees
