Pull ups are back, Internet I’m the office, not so much…

As soon as it is though, we’ll be back up and running full speed! Also, look for some announcements about some really great events coming up here quick and a possible date for yet another expansion party!

In the mean time though, today’s WOD is:
10 push presses (115/75)
20 kettelbell swings
30 burpees
40 jumping squats
50 ball slams.
