This one is harder than it looks…

First, you have about 7 minutes to get a one rep max shoulder press, then…

4 rounds, 2 minutes each with 1 minute rest of:

  • 5 Pull ups
  • 10 KB Swings (24/20)
  • 15 sit  ups
  • amrap in the remaining time of box jumps (24″/20″)

Your score is the total #of box jumps.
