The 1st Annual “Test Your Metal” CrossFit Competition will take place on Saturday, July 16th. Check-in will be held the morning of the 16th from 8:00am-9:00am.  Rules and standards meeting will be held at 9:30am and the first event will begin at 10:00am.

CrossFit Competition Demonstration:   Thursday, July 14th from 6 to 7pm and Friday, July 15th from 6 to 7pm.

“Test Your Metal” CrossFit Competition: Saturday, July 16th from 10am to 6pm

Participants will be tested through a wide spectrum of physical challenges in one of 2 divisions: Prescribed and Over-The-Counter.  Scaling of the prescribed weights will allow everyone to participate, however, only those athletes competing in the Prescribed division will be eligible for the awards.  There will be 3 events per division with no less than 1 hour between events.  The events will incorporate the movements most often used by the CrossFit training regime.  Specifics will be announced 3 days prior to the competition.  Participants will declare which division they would like to participate in at registration on event day.

We will have judges for each of the athletes for each event to ensure that all competitors are held to the same rules and movement standards to make this a fair and exciting event.   Scoring will be similar to the CrossFit Games scoring system and will be described in more detail when the events are announced 3 days in advance.

Awards will be presented to the top 3 finishers in the Prescribed division for both men and women.
