WHOOPS!!!

Yoga is tonight at 6:30!!! Tuesday WODs start June 7th!

Also, Yoga is happening here on Wednesday nights, too at 7:30 pm on 6/22, 6/29, 7/6, 7/27, 8/3, 8/10, 8/24.  That is post WOD yoga, and a very good way to stay and stretch out.  Mobility, people!!! It’s one of those 10 measures of fitness, and Yoga is a great way improve on that in addition to an awesome way to relax, and to find areas of weakness that you didn’t even know you had!
