For all of us, we need to be more aware of our basic movements, and our ability to self-diagnose what common problems we may have and what may be causing them, and more importantly, what to do about them.  For this purpose, I link you to Mobility WOD.  KStarr has a PhD in this stuff, so he’s a super smarty pants, and he’s hilarious. But most importantly, this stuff works. I challenge all of you to log onto his sight daily and do what he tells you for a week or two and see what happens to your movement, comfort, speed, power and general all-round awesomeness.  I guarantee it will all be better.  Even as awesome as you all are, the all-round awesomeness will still improve dramatically.
