First of all, what a great time on Saturday!

Now, onto today’s WOD:

3 rounds for time:

  • 200 yard run
  • 50 walking lunges
  • 40 kettlebell swings
  • 30 sit ups
  • 20 one arm ring reaches
  • 10 burpees
Oh, and there are pictures up on the flikr site. Look to the left.  If anyone else has pics they’d like to be posted, bring them and we’ll upload them here or you can email them to me.
