  • 15 deadlifts (225/155)
  • 20 Box Jumps (24″/20″)
  • 25 pull ups
Or, if you are also doing the Monday Strength work
  • 3 rounds of Roy
  • 5×5 back squat
  • 5×5 shoulder press
