4/18/11 WOD

For all but the 6:30 WOD:

Run 550 yards, then

4 rounds for time of:
10 Push Presses 85 lbs
10 Burpees

then run 550 yards.

Post total time

Then we are doing squats and bench pressing for strength work.

The 6;30 class has been cooking up something awful for a birthday WOD. I am a bit, um, concerned…
