4/14/11 WOD

First, we are doing a 12 minute AMRAP of:

  • 5 burpees
  • 15 overhead squats (65/45)

Then we are doing our strength work of 12-10-8-6-12 of Deadlifts and Shoulder Presses.

Keep working on the WODs for Tuesday, I have heard some of you are actually trying to kill me. Remember that whatever you have me do, everyone else does, too.
