First, today’s WOD is “Helen” 3 rounds for time of:
- 400 meter run
- 21 kb swings (16/24)
- 12 pull ups
Then for strength work we’ll be doing 12-10-8-6-12 of Back Squats and Bench Press.
Now, as to April 19th… That is my birthday, and as such I am going to subject myself to your worst. Every class that day (and on Monday night at 6:30) gets to create a WOD and I will do it with them. So make it awful, but not so bad that you won’t want to do it yourselves! Put your thinking caps on and see what you can come up with. It can be something we’ve done before or something completely new and awful, it’s the class’s choice.
